I played this hand the night in the Wynn 80 mixed game, both villains are good players, but I think V2 is the best player in the game (limited experience with this crew to be fair but I've played 1000s of O8 hands against him over the years).

8-handed badacey, V1 opens button-2, Hero calls A26xx 3dugi button-1, 2 folds, and V2 3bets from big blind, both call.

Draw1 is 1/2/2, V2 bets, V1 calls, Hero makes (A26)4x and calls.

Draw2 is 1/2/1, V2 bets, V1 calls, Hero makes (A26)48 and calls.

Draw3 goes 1/2, now it's decision time. V1 almost certainly has a badugi but he's still drawing so no low. V2 is still drawing 2, he's obviously got a very strong 3dugi but still needs to improve.

Hero thinks it's close between draw 1 and pat.

Thoughts? Also, keeping the 4 was on first draw was okay 3-handed?

D1 i think we can consider drawing 3.

D2 i think drawing 1 is correct since our 3 card dugi rates to be behind anyway.

D3 staying pat.

I don't think any of these decisions are especially close and the hand was correctly-played so far. Pat the river.

If you’re considering drawing 3 on D1 you should be folding unless you’ve opened from the button or are in the BB.

I did indeed pat the third draw since I’m clearly ahead of the other 2 hands, for at least the low, definitely now scooping though with just a meh 3dugi.

After the third draw, BB chks, V1 bets, Hero calls because he thinks that V1 would bet any strong badugi. BB tanks, then folds. V1 has a 4card 6 and a J, Hero takes the low

yeah never coldcall a 3b and d3 lol.

In this hand hero did not cold-call a 3bet but an (A26) is clearly worth keeping imo
