Do I call? How about if concritter was out and it was just HU against fcn,how does that change? Im more inclined to fold right?

Having concritter in the pot here actually helps you, I think. Since he won't be in any hurry to raise after he draws 2 and fcn pats right from the get-go, you'll get good odds on your money (and decent implieds too since you're drawing pretty smooth). So, see one more draw. If you improve to a good 1-card draw: 2345 or 2357 or 2358, then you can see the last card. If not, then you can dump it.
