My question is where could I play 2-7 Tournaments and cash games not in Las Vegas and not during WSOP?
Live games?

By itself, it runs all the time on the international version of Stars, which is not easy to play on in the US. Occasionally it runs on SWC.
Not sure there is much 2-7 cash by itself. There was a 2-7 NLSD like $400/800 arranged for Pokergo. There isn't much live mixed games outside of Vegas.
There are 2-7 TD and SD tournaments as part of Stars WCOOP and SCOOP, but again they don't allow you to play from the US.

Regular mix games run in LA and currently DC (MGM), they’re usually in the range of 10/20-20/40. I’d expect also Foxwoods and the new Encore in Boston. The other trick is to show up in your local room and agitate for it a lot. I got a Midwest room to run a regular HORSE game after showing there was enough interest if they’d slot it on a regular slow night.
