2-7 TD situational snow spot? 2-7 TD situational snow spot?

6-max 8-game rotation 27TD hand.

Hero dealt:[4h 2c 4d 3s 2h]

Pre: 3 folds, BTN raises, Hero calls, BB calls

Should I raise from the SB here?
-If I raise, do I snow if I get heads up? Should I ever snow here if it's multiway? Is 2,3,4 just too good of a 2 card draw to snow?

Let's say I don't snow and the draw goes...
1st draw: Hero discards [4h 2c], BB draws 2, BTN draws 3

Hero: [4d 3s 2h] [2s Kc]

Do I ever snow here or just always draw another 2? How is the betting on this street going to change any plans of a snow exactly? Should I bet out and decide based on the action?

How can I use the knowledge of dead low cards to balance my decisions to draw/snow properly?

If its folded to you in the SB and you have 22344 you have a monster. Not drawing to this is an enormous mistake, from any position btw.
I would always draw twice to this. Specially after you see yet another deuce. Now villain is hard pressed to be drawing to anything decent and if I hit a 987 or make a pat on the next hand I wouldnt feel bad about it.

Use your snows on your bad draws even though double paired hands can be good since you have "all his outs". If I make for instance 24466 on the second draw Im inclined to snow it.

You left out an important piece of info.....stakes. I play .50-1.00 8 Game and most of those players arent good enough to fold often enough to make snowing profitable. Just my opinion.

Strongly disagree. Low stakes players catch a Queen on the end and think they missed, they never consider catching a bluff. Not to say you should be hitting call when you make a Queen a lot but I bet I could get away with more snows at 50c/1 then 50/100.

So true. People at low stakes dont think about the possibility at all and with enough bets in the pot people at high stakes dont give up much.

Not sure if I agree. Guys at low stakes will stick with their 3567 and 4578 draws and such against an opponent who pats pre and will call with 10s on the end usually, where as higher up people sometimes give up drawing early on in the hand at something as good as 2378 against a pat hand.

Gotta draw to this it has so much value like bjornar pointed out . I'd rather snow with 2229Q or something. When you make a 9 or 10 even that will win a lot of times after you have seen all those low cards. IMHO snowing is overrated anyway because most 2-7 players are aware you might be doing that and call you with anything. I'm not really good at 2-7 but I played a zillion hours of mid to high 8-game and really think this snowing thing is overrated. Maybe I'm just jealous cuz I'm a known bluffer and I never get away with it.....FWIW

Have you noticed anything about snowing and how much credit people will generally give you in relation to when you do it? Before/After 1st draw, 2nd draw, etc. Do you find that against some opponents you can take the line of draw 1 in position, then snow no matter what if they draw 2+? Do you consider how strong your snow lines look in terms of choosing when to snow as apposed to drawing to something marginal?
