When I want to hand convert, I write club, and put it inside colons on each side, then I copy that and past it three times. Then I change club to diamond in one, club to heart in another, and club to spade in the last.
You have to go to "quote" to see what it looks like.

And then I copy each one in turn and go down the page replacing "c" by pasting the where it's appropriate, etc. It doesn't take long and makes badugi hands, which are very suit dependent much more readable. I'll do it for you here.

I don't know. What does this particular opponent need to raise on the turn? (He has a rather nice hand here).

Fold pre > 3-bet/draw 1/snow > call/draw 2 >> call/draw 1.

3-bet on the turn is spew since your cold call/draw 1/check while a card ahead line basically screams that you can't have anything good, so you'll often lose 2 extra bets when behind, while only gaining a fraction of a bet while ahead.

Fold pre and I don't think it is that close.

With the call pf and draw 1 and check your hand can almost never be better than a 7. It looks exactly like a 7 or 8 (maybe bad 6 or bad 9).

On turn I don't think 3 bet is that bad but I think calling is better. While his raise can mean a lot of things ( a lot of which you beat) your 3 bet turns your hand pretty much face up (actually worse than it appears). Since your hand can almost never be VERY strong I wouldn't want to face a break/fold cap play and i wouldn't want him to break worse either.

As played I would call the cap and pat and make him pat behind and bet the river before I considered folding and I would probably still call out of curiosity/information as I've seen more than a few weird cap break/fold plays here.
