This what seems like alternating the SHield beats up people then someone gets beat up the Shield revenge needs to go.

They already built the Shield up enough as being able to compete in the 6 man match.
Put them in some real matches and start building them as heels that actually wrestle.

And I'd love to see a Big Show/Mark Henry tag team (if the ring can stand it).
Please turn ADR back to heel. He was so good as a heel.

OK, just ordered my 2013 Hall of Fame tickets for me and the wife, and I can't tell you how excited I am to go. I was seriously considering attending when Bob Backlund was announced, but the news about Bruno going sealed the deal for me. I've repeated it often here, but my late, Slovak-Catholic immigrant grandmother used to take the bus to Pittsburgh from the suburbs to watch Italian-Catholic immigrant Sammartino wrestle. A mark in the purest, most innocent sense, it was never still real to her--it was always real to her. I posted that I was going on FB, to which my older sister replied, "I will never forget how upset she was when the dude smashed a folding chair on Samartino's head." Basically, she's the reason I grew up loving pro graps, and I think of her often now since I've reconnected with the "sport." FWIW, Backlund was her 2nd all-time favorite (and indeed, probably my all time favorite, watching him as a little kid, and then seeing his GOAT heel run as a teenager in '94--the Diesel squash after Backlund beat Bret Hart still rates as my own personal WOAT wrestling moment). I'm excited that she'll get to finally see this, to quote Gorilla, with "the Man Upstairs." Anyone else going?

For all the hate the WWE writers get, aren't we in a Golden Era as far as heels are concerned? Henry, Cesaro, Punk, Ziggler, Big Show (sort of), Barrett, Lesnar all are killing it

Cesaro is awesome in the ring and his heel character is fine, but surely he's not going to go down as a legendary heel character in his current packaging.

I'd trim your list down to Henry/Punk/Ziggler/Lesnar killing it.

Not sure the writers had anything to do with Lesnar and Punk. If there's any influence there it's Heyman. Best thing writers are probably doing in most cases are staying out of the way of guys who are developing well and not scripting as much of what they say. I blame writers more for storylines, but anyway, let's see them make me give a crap about Kofi Kingston and then I'll give them some credit.
