I just watched that divas segment since I was interested to see the NXT women arrive.

I agree with all comments, it was completely cringeworthy.

Also it featured a ridiculous "this is awesome" chant.

Probably because Rollins talks endlessly and says nothing every week. Also, sitting in the front row and not paying attention happens at things like baseball games also. It is a form of conspicuous consumption.

Please have Kane show up in a wheelchair on Sunday so Brock can throw him off the stage or something.

I don't understand the yearning for Kane. Think of his five best matches. Five best feuds. Now think of the 5 worst feuds and matches.

The lows are way lower than the highs are high. And this was before he was 48, so now the upside is way lower.

What's annoying about Kane's usage is that he would really be great as a special enforcer for the authority (or whomever) but in a very limited capacity. He sucks now because he's always on TV and always in matches.

The only way I'll accept Bork being wasted on a feud with kane is if he legit retires at the end of it and the PPV match is bork squashing kane into oblivion

Why pay attention to any of anything at this point, though.

The introduction of the NXT ladies felt like it was turning the Divas division into a version of the Nation of Domination vs Disciples of Apocalypse vs Los Boricuas.

Don't you know he was part of DX, that stable that was so much bigger and better than NWO? And that he helped to usher in the era of inane crowd sing a longs?

Just caught up with the show, and yeah, agree completely. I can't imagine of all the ideas they must have had to introduce these 3, that was the best one. On top of that, the timing sucked. Why on a go-home show where there's not even a women's match on the PPV card?

Even worse imo was Stardust's reintroduction. Stop trying to make Stardust a thing. It's not working and won't ever work. And of all the people he could have faced, he goes over Neville? WTF? Isn't this why you keep people like Fandango and Heath Slater employed?

That triple threat was great stuff though. Cesaro looks about as good as possible for someone who has two straight losses; Rusev got his career reinvigorated a touch; and Kevin Owens looks like a complete dick.
