WWE has **** tag teams, have one of the decent ones squashed in about a minute.

Yep.

I would have some hope for the main event if they were in a city that was likely to spend the whole match crapping all over Ryback.

Apparently there is a "We know it was Hornswoggle" sign in the crowd.

If only Raw was in Chicago tonight. I'd actually have the sound on.

Unfortunately they're not back in the Midwest until the PPV. PPV is in Cleveland and the Raw the night after is in Detroit. Those should be decent crowds. But next week is just more markish **** in the south.

They are in Chicago the day after Christmas for a house show. Unfortunately Roidback is advertised for New York that same night.

Point blank asked if Macho Man is going in the Hall of Fame. Vince said yes, maybe not this year, but definitely in the future. Austin looked like he was thinking about a follow-up, "Why isn't he, yet?", but didn't pull the trigger.

Awesome, Vince.

He asked all the questions we'd have wanted someone to ask, but did let up a bit on the follow ups. To Vince's credit he did answer everything that was asked.

Really disagree about Cesaro, but I hope he's telling the truth about the ambition thing. That means if the locker room wants to, they can change the product. Not sure if I totally believe that or not.

Love how Vince answers a question about no alternatives to WWE for the wrestlers with 'then don't piss anybody off' then says wrestlers today are afraid to fail and lack ambition. The higher the cost of failure, the more rational it is to carefully avoid failing.

So I turned off Raw at some point in hour two, which is what I'll usually do if they advertise a pathetically uninteresting main event like they did tonight, but it sure feels like they're mailing in this next PPV especially hard and not bothering to build anything remotely compelling. As far as I can tell it's just going to be rehashed stuff that doesn't need to be rehashed.

Sure hope they can find something resembling an interesting direction by the Royal Rumble. The one time they book a couple of months out is the road to Wrestlemania, and right now I'm having a hard time gathering what they'll be selling us for that event. All I have are violent and traumatic images of Roman Reigns in the main event.

Podcast was outstanding. SCSA confirmed still amazing. The look he gave Vince when Vince said that Macho Man was getting into the HOF was VINTAGE STONE COLD. Was pretty surreal hearing Vince give basically a shoot interview, calling Undertaker by his real name, etc.

The one thing Austin didn't ask that I wish he would have would be about going into more detail about planning/writing and talking about long term plans. Punk confirmed a lot of people's beliefs in saying that other than Mania, WWE has really no longer term plans for anyone at all other than maybe Cena.

McMahon is a ****ing idiot or delusional.

Cesaro was red hot after Mania and they buried him with an RVD feud where he took losses. Now McMahon blames it on Cesaro for not getting over with the crowd? How are the fans going to take a guy seriously when he is opening cards against 45 year old RVD? Has McMahon even watched Cesaro's matches with Sami Zayn? Cesaro is in the Chris Benoit league of being so superb in-ring that he doesn't need a big personality. And putting Cesaro with Heyman was supposed to be his mouthpiece but then they inexplicably dissolved that relationship and made Cesaro a mid-card heel without feuds. ****ing brilliant.

Now Vince is going to feed the red hot special attraction monster Brock Lesnar to ****ing Roman Reigns to get him over as the next Cena. So Taker lost his streak for Roman Reigns. **** that BS. Lesnar dropping to Reigns would be a travesty. Give the main event win to Lesnar and really build him up as dominant or at least put over a wrestler who has paid his dues and deserves to become a wrestling legend. Why not someone like the Big Show? Show has given WWE everything for 15 years. Lesnar vs Show at WM31 and they can play this old highlight to cast doubt in Lesnar's mind about where Heyman's loyalty lies ----> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqZhu_B9GB0

Heyman quotes to Lesnar about Big Show

"You can't manhandle the Big Show, he's TOO BIG"

"And you can't suplex him. And I don't think you can get him up for an F5"

"If you pick a fight with Big Show he's going to rip you limb from limb"

"Brock, you can't beat the Big Show!!"
