Both Henry and Show have been pulverized by Lesnar over the last year. Neither presents as a credible threat to him after that. Sheamus might not be a terrible idea though.

Show kinda has to tone himself down when working against anybody but somebody like Brock or he'll appear implausibly dominant. (it's why I think he's just a bad idea overall, your choices are either him looking like ****, or him looking unbeatable, Paul Wight should be doing sitcoms, not wrestling) I think because he's somewhat clearly not going as hard as he can he's a guy who you can just flip the switch on and increase his kayfabe credibility.

I'll take Show vs Lesnar at the next PPV because it will spare me RAWs full of Cena wang mouthifying and there's nothing less interesting at this point than that.

So I read that at House shows over the weekend the whole Wyatt family was going under in 6 man tag action to the Usos + wait for it...the Great Khali. Safe to say Bray's main event days are behind him for now.

So they changed KENTA's name to Hideo Itami. I would have gone with CM Pachinko.

Spoiler:
I'll let myself out...

So kurt angle says he's done with tna and is in the process of working out a deal with another organization but won't say which one. He did say he won't be wrestling until January, so surprise rumble entrant possibly?

Could be, If that is the case then they should keep letting Rusev win and have Angle return at the RR to eliminate him after he starts to pull a Reigns and eliminate a lot of people, starting a feud between the two of them

WWE probably isn't signing Angle as an active competitor. He'll never pass a physical.

I'd like to think they'd sign him for a one-off surprise Rumble entry.

Fwiw Jim Ross has stated the opposite.

I wouldn't be surprised if he signs with Double J's promotion.

The article I read did mention jarretts promotion as the only other possibility. I'd like to see him have one more run in the wwe even if he's limited/part time.

Angle at the rumble? I'm marking out bro.

What dirt sheets should I be reading if I don't want to pay Meltzer?

Not dirtsheet, but the Bauer and Pollock podcast once a week covers a lot of ground.

I seriously doubt UFC. He's too old to start that now, his body is breaking down and he prob couldn't pass their drug tests.

According to Angle's wikipedia page, he was to be on Ultimate Fighter season 10 but failed the medical requirements.

So, about them advertising Austin's podcast on Raw lately....

Quote:
Backstage Update On Steve Austin Possibly In Talks With WWE:
"We reported earlier on the site that WWE gave an order to start production on several different Steve Austin T-shirts. Also, there was speculation that Austin and WWE were in talks because WWE plugged his podcast on last night Raw. Austin, who interviewed Kevin Nash for his podcast was a top discussion on Twitter during Raw on Monday. It’s interesting that WWE plugged the show because Chris Jericho’s recent podcast with Triple H was not promoted on RAW. Jericho is on the current roster and had a match against Kane, yet nothing was mentioned. In an update, this weeks Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that Austin has been training very hard as late, which could be a sign he is trying to make a comeback for one more match. While Austin makes it clear that another match is not out of the question, it would have to come down to WWE offering big money and have the right creative plans for him. He wrestled his last match in 2003 against The Rock. Austin is 49 and will be turning 50 in December."
Quote:
Regarding those rumors of something being up between Stone Cold Steve Austin and WWE, he's apparently been talking about training hard in anticipation of getting ready for a match at WrestleMania 31 in the event the two sides can come to terms. Austin vs. John Cena is a direction they could go.

I'm not particularly interested in Cena/Austin. It's about the least appealing matchup they could have for Austin at this point. I don't think a win does much for either, and a loss really hurts both of them.

Having a showcase of two industry legends (even if one will be markedly less legendary in the final history books than the other) that will draw tons of interest and maybe even bring some old fans back is more important than any considerations of who it helps or hurts.

I've never been a big fan of either guy, but a few thoughts

1- If you do want to turn Cena, putting him up against Austin is a good way to do it.

2- I don't mind anything that puts Cena against people not on the regular roster. A Cena quarantine zone is great for me.

3- Everything I've heard is that Austin can't bump. It seems like the folks who float these rumors, be it Austin or Hogan always ignore that when raising this speculation.
