True, but to advertise that it’s safer is very misleading. Although I’m trying hard to figure out how you have less penalties and also claim your game is safer. When you highlight the fact that there will be less penalities, people will automatically assume that the most annoying of penalties will be eliminated. Like PI, targeting, and the ticky tack roughing the passer ones will be lessened. Of course they could easily loosen up holding restrictions, both offensively and defensively, but that won’t exactly make for a better game.
