Is it fair to call Magnum TA, Sting's upside with fewer flaws?

And I didn't mean to say that Flair wouldn't still be great, but maybe have more of a Dusty Rhodes career than the greatest of all time?

Magnum not getting hurt might have actually helped Flair's career in a way. They had an excellent feud with great promos and matches and if Magnum becomes huge that is a hotter TV program and more eyes on Flair, and Flair/Magnum could have gone down as one of the best feuds ever. A lot of things could have happened though. Dusty and Flair had real life heat in 1988, and Magnum was Dusty's guy, so maybe Flair would have left much earlier for the WWF and then he never feuds with Sting or Luger or has those matches with Steamboat.

Magnum theoretically could have been as big as Stone Cold but the odds of that happening were extremely low. Just statistically there are more guys of Sting or Cena's level than Stone Cold.

Hoping Brock no-shows tomorrow as well and we get more drama. The funny thing is that even if this is all some sort of ridiculous work to get Brock booed, Reigns is still getting booed and Brock is still getting cheered at Mania.

If I was booking, especially if I knew Brock was coming back, one of the the things I would consider would be a worked screwjob with Reigns going over. At first they act like Reigns doesn't know and wasn't a part of it, but later on Rollins tries to cash in and the authority turns on him and it is 'revealed' that Reigns was the authority's guy all along, which is non-kayfabe true anyway. Reigns crushes for awhile then Brock returns as a face.

Brock no shows Mania - Reigns crowned champion by default - Seth out to massive pop to cash in.

article says he's due on 3/9, not tomorrow. this was also reported everywhere after last week as Brock was scheduled alternating weeks until WM.

I've read enough sources about his weird decisions and thought enough about it myself that I think it is damn true.

Samoa Joe is officially headed to WWE according to Dave Meltzer in his latest audio report at f4wonline.com. Dave noted that they’ve been negotiating for a while and a deal is finally in place. However no word on whether Joe will be working NXT or not.

Joe is currently signed with Ring of Honor. He’ll be wrestling 4 dates this month, with the final show taking place on March 27th, two days before WrestleMania 31.
No ****ing way. I feel this is amazing. I also feel like he's just going to be thrown to be a trainer.

I would love to see this happen. I don't think he would take a role as a trainer if it restricted him from wrestling elsewhere, especially after the promo he cut at ROH recently. I feel like if he signed with the WWE, it will be as a wrestler.

Why him and not AJ Styles though?

From what I've heard AJ is making more money doing what he's doing that he probably could in the WWE.

Yeah, probably, but I'm guessing the same could be said for Joe which makes me think they offered him more. Unless Joe took a pay cut.

Plz one time let him make his wwe debut with a Señor Joe gimmick

His debut has to be a van pulls up to the building and they drag him out of the back and finally explain who kidnapped him 5 years ago.

WWE offered Styles $70k and he lol'ed because NJPW pays much better.

It would be great if styles was as dumb as a post and didn't realize that yen and usd don't equate.

Pshhh, 70k, I'm making 7 million a year here in njpw.

I do wonder how much they pay. Kenny Omega within a couple tears of being there, in 2010, bought a nice stateside house. He really wasn't known back then and got good money so I can't imagine what AJ is making.

In before "AJ Styles is big in Japan, but so is Ronny Corbett."

Money isn't the be-all and end-all. Surely the opportunity to live and work in Japan has got to be pretty valuable in and of itself. A unique and enriching life experience. Especially for a country hick like Styles.

70k seems very low for someone on the main roster. I would've guessed that if anyone makes 70k it's like the interview people on main event.

Got some bad news for those wanting Mid card belts to be respected again:

Rumor is that next Monday Curtis axel will beat rusev for the us title via cena distraction. Idea is to get rusev to accept cenas wm challenge and also keep the belt off cena because presumably they won't know what to do with it at that point

That would be the most laughable thing ever, but it's the type of thing I don't past them really.
