Does ROH hate really lightweight wrestlers? Last week, Corino's kid gets mauled and this week it was Cheeseburger.

Umm, did the ROH crowd really just do "this is awesome" before Liger or his opponent actually did any moves? Or anything interesting, really?

(I'm catching up on DVR.)

Pretty standard. I'm almost sure this happened when Liger came to the states to face Bryan back in 04 or 05.

Very much enjoyed Cedric Alexander vs. Moose. Still getting to know most of these wrestlers, but that was some fine storytelling on top of good action. I was fully invested by the end of the match after knowing nothing of either guy to start.

I enjoyed tonights episode too, but i have one question. What is the fascination ROH seems to have with destroying small guys? Its happened the last two weeks and I saw it a couple other times watching random weeks on their website

I think someone already asked that, but it bears asking again because it wasn't answered.

Destroying small guys is a classic way to get heat and create angles. The booker is a small wrestler himself; he might have other reasons for doing this but I doubt it.

Moose is one of my favorite large wrestlers, and I give him extra points now that he's added a Dusty Rhodes tribute flurry to his move set.

Watched Best in the World last night. Great show with no real bad matches at all. I won't spoil anything because I highly recommend checking it out. Addiction vs reDRagon, Bullet Club vs The Kingdom, Strong/Moose/Elgin were all highlights for me but man that main event was a classic from a storytelling point of view. Top 3 moty candidate for me.

This pic of Joe, Daniels, Kaz and AJ from the recent tapings is pretty cool. I really hope the WWE let them air it.

lol TNA you ****ed up.

Who is the third commentator, and why is he screaming so much on my TV?

Great match. Pretty awesome that they put it on free TV.

If you're talking about the English guy then that's Nigel McGuiness. ROH legend, had some classic matches with Daniel Bryan.

Did they ever publicize the reason for his sudden retirement? He failed his WWE physical the same time DB signed I think then had a nice run in TNA for a while.

So, the Bullet Club....I guess I'm gonna be the downer here, but while they ok and I'm a big AJ fan, why are they copying all the Kevin Nash/NWO stuff?

On Nigel, he doesn't consider it worth the risk/reward to wrestle with his injuries unless he goes to WWE. He had Hep for awhile but is cleared now.

On Bullet Club, they do the NWO non-verbal stuff as homage to the NWO. And because it works. Nash supports them.

Proof that a six man match doesn't have to be a throw away.

Nigel has an entire documentary showing him going through his retirement tour. He's the epitome of bitter. He had Hep C. Probably all on his Wiki page.

I thought Hep C was curable now. Doesn't Waltman have the same thing and still wrestle? As long as he doesn't bleed all over anyone.

Austin Aries vs Nakamura next Friday? Aries is returning, but Nakamura facing him might be a rumor.

Jay Lethal might be the best world champ right now. Only about a million times better on the mic than Rollins.

ROH is going to be on COMET starting in December. It is a national non-cable channel. Still will be shown on the website and the Sinclair stations but not Destination America as far as I know.

Did anyone watch Final Battle? I really enjoyed it, no bad matches on the card. Loved Cole vs O'Reilly.

Yeah, great match even though something about O'Reilly's mannerisms and selling bother me. He is just amazing at using martial arts moves in wrestling; love how he brings that different style. That match had a pretty good build too so one of the better feuds of the year.
