Let's make some terrible predictions for this year. In late December, we can bump this thread and laugh at people who deserve it.

• Roman Reigns will turn heel by March at the latest.
• Erick Rowan is done as any kind of plausible threat. He'll be a glorified jobber, used when they want to put someone over by beating a big guy.
• Both Itami and Balor will be called up to the main roster. Balor will do fine; Itami will be a massive flop.
• Cesaro gets another pretty decent push. This time they don't **** it up.
• John Cena goes without a title for the entire year.
• The Ascension (who had the NXT title for almost a year) don't last this year as a unified tag team.
• Seth Rollins cashes in after Wrestlemania...and wins.
• Rusev turns face within the first half of the year.
• BNB and/or Ziggler get injured again in the midst of pushes.
• Raw ratings continue to go down.

• There will be at least six different WWE champions in 2015. (Sorry eyebooger, that will include Cena.)
• WWE will introduce at least one new belt in 2015.
• Mizdow will break up as Miz turns face and gets a big push.

Just realized that my "John Cena gets no titles this year" and "Raw ratings continue to go down" predictions are entirely incompatible with each other.

Kofi Kingston will do another ******ed rumble spot where he leaps back to the ring like a moron instead of just hopping on one foot.

Any combo of Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns will battle at a PPV for the WWE title.

The Shield will reunite in an effort to get the crowd behind Reigns again after his title run starts off poorly and Rollins loses his cash in chance and flounders for a few months as well.

Bold Prediction: There will be an NXT/WWE storyline with HHH turning face and leading the NXT faction, with Daniel Bryan being the main WWE guy who sides with them.

Easy Prediction: It will be revealed through medical testing that Vince started losing his mind about 5 years ago.

I know nothing about business, so this might be a stupid prediction, but I would not be shocked to see WWE Network disappear before 2016.

WWE will lose money in 2015 unless they change they undergo a paradigm shift.

Does anybody have WWE's 2013 financial numbers? (I'm assuming 2014 will be unavailable for a while.) They were making money hand over fist from like 2006-10 even when I thought the product sucked, mainly because of the Mattel deal and other marketing stuff. Is that still the case?

wwe could be in serious trouble here. The trend of current liability rapidly catching up to current assets is indicative of a potential liquidity crisis, the financial equivalent of a heart attack. And that PPE seems somewhat high relative to total assets, where I'd suspect that WWE might be avoiding some of their expenses in favor of long term depreciating "assets" in an effort to increase their net income and look better to investors/creditors. Nobody takes WWE stock too seriously so I doubt they are thoroughly audited as much as other publicly traded companies.

CM Punk was right. Vince McMahon should be a Billionaire but his ego is out of control. The WWE network was just a horrible idea and he needs to get rid of it or find a way to make it work.

I don't think it was a horrible idea, but I think how they unveiled it, how they marketed it, and how they use it is all pretty bad though.

Bryan wins the rumble and we get the match that we have waited for at WM 31 - Lesnar (c) vs Bryan.

Ziggler gets pushed to the moon and gets his shot at the title at Summerslam. Not sure who the champ will be, but I will say either LOLCenaWins or Bryan.

I'd be really surprised if they didn't have Mizdow either eliminate Miz or refuse to eliminate himself once Miz gets eliminated.

This is what I'm thinking will happen. It seems like he hasn't been keeping an identity for too long so it's probably time for a change.

CM Punk will be the biggest draw in UFC history.

Punk will get crushed in his first UFC fight and it won't do as many PPV buys as UFC expects.

I'd go with that. Nobody cares about a vanilla midget. Brock looked the part and if people doubted him, they could still see his athleticism in his wrestling matches at a time when UFC was much more popular. Punk has very little natural athleticism unlike Brock and doesn't look like he will rip **** up so only WWE fans will care and the majority still won't buy the event.
