Yeah, no main eventers if that's just what you're talking about, but it's not like they can take some guy with zero mic skills, low charisma, and an average wrestling move repertoire and make them a John Cena all the time. I think we'll see MVP and John Morrison headlining PPVs by this time next year, though.
Lol at Santino being built as a star. He is a career jobber, just being on TV a lot isnt what i mean by build a star. I mean take someone who is basically unknown and have them be capable of headlining a PPV. Some wont make it that far, but you need to start building everyone like they could make it and let the skill difference define where they end up.
They have built Kofi to a solid midcard status last year but he has show no real signs in moving up the ladder on Raw, Punk and to a MUCH lesser degree Morrison have been built well since the post WM draft and Ziggler has had a metoric rise, but thats pretty much it. Fwiw i say much less for Morrison as he hasnt really moved forward but a good solid feud will get him to the same level. Has the Miz been built, id disagree but i dont watch Raw a great deal recently. He had a storyline firing after repeatedly jobbing to Cena, i mean thats not building up a star.
Pretty much everyone else is where they were a year ago. When you have a policy where the top 4 guys never lose to the other 36 guys youre always gonna struggle.
Edit, forgot MVP. He is a near future PPV main eventer, but he was in a higher standing the day he got drafted to Raw than he is now. Thats not good.
