TNA may not be perfect right now, but it's still >>>>>>> WWE. WWE's just so BORING right now. I try to put on a Raw or Smackdown every few weeks, but I can never make it more than 10 minutes. There's just a bunch of meaningless matches where even someone who doesn't watch the show can tell with 90% certainty who's going to win before the matches even start. I used to be a huge WWE mark, I stuck with it from 1998 until about 2006 but at this point I find it completely unwatchable.

TNA has plot holes that you can drive a truck through, and they definitely screw some things up, but at least stuff happens. Just on this PPV, we've got RVD returning from a 2 month injury hiatus to get revenge on the monster heel getting a crazy push that took him out, a main event for the World Title where all 3 guys have gotten two months of great build to make you feel like any of them could take over, Abyss making his power play where we find out if "they" are powerful enough to come into TNA and keep him from being fired, Sting, Nash, and Pope finally revealing the dirt they have on Bischoff and Hogan, and a ton of great matches too. If they just got rid of the stupid stuff like Janice and Orlando Jordan, they would pretty much be set.

Meanwhile, in WWE the big storyline is that Cena after 5 years of being the top face despite being booed by everyone over the age of 14 is finally turning heel being forced to help out the heels to avoid being fired even though he's really just a swell all-American guy that's just babyface to the bone and really hates helping heels. Are you serious?

I mean, on Impact, I have to fast-forward through some of the crap and I still fall asleep occasionally, but I'm a lot more likely to pay $40 to see Bound for Glory then I would be to watch a Raw or Smackdown start to finish if you paid me $40 to watch it.
