I mean if the goal was for Regal to show just how Goldberg has huge holes in his wrestling, from a knowledge of holds to just selling moves correctly he absolutely nailed it.

It always makes me sigh when i remember when regal won the king of the ring and was in line for a huuuuge push and possibly a world title, and then he got busted for drugs. SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH.

HBK and UT shouldnt go last because it forces them to pace the match to a timeframe. Id put it second last. They had the right idea last year, they just had it too early in the card.

I mean the rumour going round that they are considering going Cena and Bret vs Botchtista and Vince in a tag match where the pinner gets the title is clearly the last match and like an accordion they can easily stretch or compact it to the required finish time. Even if that doesnt work out id still probably book Cena going over Batista as the final match and the final shot is Cena holding the title being congratulated by Bret.

I would then book Edge and Jericho almost like a crowd builder to get everyone hyped for the Taker/HBK match that follows.

Whilst Taker vs HBK should be the final match in general "value" terms it will produce a better match to not have it go on last and just let them pace it how they wish (with it also being carefully booked with the two of them and creative) which is exactly why it was so good last year.

i love HBK and strongly like kendrick.

edge is ok as a mid carder, clearly not even close to being a main eventer imo. theres a reason hes only been a heel since hitting the main event scene, because hes quite laughable as a face. its just not believable that he could beat anyone clean. preparing to get gangbanged by edge marks

Am I the only one shocked at how young Regal is? He's only 41, which is about how old he seemed when he debuted in WCW. He sure as hell didn't look like a 23-24 year old when he was in WCW.

I'll concede you make good points. Regal is probably our most successful wrestler, and saying he had a "semi-decent" career was a huge understatement.

He is a natural heel and possibly the most over heel ever when he was working with Vicky. But his mic work is at the top of the industry and that alone could get him over as a face when combined with him mercilessly mocking heels.

But i dunno what you mean by "not believable that he could beat anyone clean". He is 6 5 and 250. HBK is 6 1 and 225.

Main event mic skills, main event ring work (he can literally work with anyone) and an above average look. I just dont get how you could think he is more midcard than main event.

I mean if he was as backward ass ******ed as Hogan to think there are no side effects to roids maybe he would juice up like a freak too and put on useless bulk.

lol at edge being 250. he mightve been close to 250 in 04-05, right now hes prolly about 225 at most. his arms are about 9 inches around. anddddd as far as ur lol steroids comment, hogan has had very minimal side effects from roids, mostly just excessive sweating. for being such an edge mark, and such a "knowledgable wrestling fan," you'd think you would know that edge has gone on record and admitted he took roids before. it was pretty obvious when he came back at backlash 04. im not saying booo steroids are bad, idgaf what they take, jus pretty lol that ur acting like edge is clean and u havent done any research at all.
