Id assume Ryder would just feud on with Ziggler and Swagger, probably with R Truth thrown in there as i assume he comes off suspension as a midcarder.
What is McIntyre up to nowadays? Does he get appearances on Superstars?
I guess this is a decent idea for truth. Its kinda weird to have an "injury" angle, bc usually the injured person comes back to get the person who injured them, but it gets kinda weird when its heel on heel. Theyll prob just ignore it and do what you said or something similar
Steen and Generico has a ton of history behind them. Their story easily blows away the Punk and Cena storyline. Roh shows how to do a loser leave town angle well. Steen lost a match to Generico and had put his career on the line (real story was because of roh budget constraints). Steen was gone for MONTHS and then reappeared in Roh by "invading" their shows, he's finally back and granted a match at this year's Final Battle with Steve Corino.
Now that I think about it, I wonder if the Punk winning the title at MITB and coincidently showing up in WWE outings had drawn inspiration from the Roh Steen storyline.
we need a roh/pwg/chikira thread if anybody is actually into those promotions.
i thought the punk angle where he went to the comicon was ripped straight from the steen/generico line.
recently watched the kane/austin first blood match again
kane lost title next night right?
wtf was the deal with that? Did austin get busted open on accident or something?
I remember this. Let's get serious, Kane was covered from head to toe, how was he ever going to lose a first blood match. If anything it was probably to draw intrigue for the PPV seeing as Kane couldn't lose to garner buys but they didn't want to take the title off Austin so they made put the title back the next night. Would've been good for ratings too on Raw.

Yes Kane lost it right back on Raw the next night in a fairly zzzz match that ended with a stunner. Felt bad that I convinced my friends to throw in a few bucks for the PPV as we were broke high school kids and then watched Raw and were like "oh well **** us for paying."
Yeah there was a stip that if Kane lost he would light himself on fire, so his win wasn't accidental.

Further evidence of not having unannounced title matches on free TV outside of MITB, IMO.
lmao @ recent house show results. so much for Kane looking strong:

Kane appeared during the Cena v. Miz street fight at the Fort Myers house show on Friday night. Kane chokeslammed Cena when he entered the ring. Cena kicked out of the pin from Miz and when Kane came back to try a tombstone, Cena fought him off, knocked Kane out of the ring and finished Miz with the AA for the win while Kane walked away.
