other than WM and MITB, any WWE PPVs from this year worth seeing?

Also was the 3 PPV series of DX vs Legacy matches in 2009 good matches/brawls or crap?

Is there any place online I can see that Cornette timeline of 1997 thing in its entirety?

Summerslam is worth it.

Kurt seemingly needs to be added to Cornettes's Sad/Sadder list, it now reads

Angle:Sad
Hogan:Sadder
Flair:Saddest

Extreme Rules was pretty awesome as was Summerslam.

Really the only awful ppvs this year have been over the limit and capital punishment (And Orton/Christian had excellent matches in each iirc)

speaking of promos recently, this one from before HIAC between brock/taker is pretty good. song is appropriate for this match.

today was first time i've seen that whole match (lol me). what a fckn war. ofc it's famous for undertaker getting ripped open the hard way but brock and even heyman end up bleeding. A++ match.

god damn i miss the good old days. ive tried watching raw and smackdown the last few weeks and i just cant do it. its terrible. id rather watch Austin stunner people for 2 hours than the trash they put on each week

The amount of stars in that video is amazing. Sadly I'm pretty confident we would never see the same amount of stars of this calibre in the ring ever again in the future.

Just started 1999 WWF. First ep is the Raw where mankind wins the title with the help of Austin and DX. I remember exactly where I was when I saw it the first time and remember how much I marked out haha

Holy **** that clip is amazing!

That clip is a reason why I think these "super smackdown" shows could work, it gives continuity to storylines where SD's before PPVs are "must watch" since its the send off right before Sunday.

I thought Wrestlemania was a pretty solid effort this year.

Just shows how dramatically different opinions can be.

Cody vs. Rey was really good, HHH vs. Taker was good, Edge vs. Del Rio was decent...otherwise I can't remember liking much about Mania. I guess that puts me somewhere in between.

Could have been a really good show if Atlanta didn't provide such a fail of a crowd, I'll say that.

You gotta at least include Snooki's back handspring corner elbow in the good.

It was fine. The fact that, off the top of my head, the only other thing I could remember aside from what I named was the lackluster Cena-Miz match and the Rock stuff tells me that the Snooki thing wasn't memorable to me at all.

But yes, for about 15 seconds I did enjoy it when it happened.

the other thing I remember is Cole/Lawler

Cole/Lawler set the show back a full star IMO.

Kurt Angle now claiming he was not drunk but was framed for his DUI. Was it the same guy who hacked his twitter?
