One of the best tag team matches you'll see all year. It's amazing stuff like this is on TV and people are watching Little People's Court.

Simply an amazing match, this was the first time I have ever seen a Young Bucks match but I would have to say TNA getting them would be a huge pickup. This match is basically my definition of a perfect tag match.

I've seen very little ROH, but apparently I need to start watching. Can anybody link me to a couple of the best Colt Cabana fights? I hear alot about him, but I think I've only seen one match of his. Links to any other amazing ROH matches would also be welcome, **** RAW this is the real **** here. (TNA is also dope, been watching older AJ Styles videos today, dude is amazing)

Search youtube for the user account ROHBrazil. Then search his vids for anything with McGuinness, Aries, Danielson, Colt, Young Bucks, Briscoe Brothers, Tyler Black, Steen + Generico and last but not least Chris Hero.

That should cover you a lot of great matches from this year from some of the best workers in the world and its easy to track them down, yay HDNet and ROH liking people uploading the shows to youtube.

The Colt vs McGuinness match from a couple months ago is a great start. They just went out and had fun in Nigel's last ever broadcast match for ROH (pretty sure his last filmed match was at a PPV).

Some random wrestling news:

Lacey Von Erich is close to being future endevoured. She is getting major heat, well for being dislikeable in person and just ****e in the ring. The next botch, bad word or general bad look at the wrong person and she is out. Yay. Time to hire some hotty off the indy circuit who can wrestle. Swap one Lacey for the original Lacey ftw imo. Or Daizee could work with a gimmick shift, i mean she is beautiful.

Dunno if i posted it before, but Sheik Abdul Bashir's firing was legit, though ive no idea if he requested release or whatever. Shame, he was a solid midcard heel and had a couple good feuds when he was X Div champ imo.

Finally Mike Tyson is confirmed as being Raw host on Jan 11th. I actually like this and may actually watch that Raw even though i dislike Tyson as a person.

Speaking of Raw the show on Mon was universally hated by everyone in the locker room apparently, but the Diva tag match and Evan Bourne got a lot of praise. Ive not seen it so have no comment. Apparently the company is going to be cutting down the ranks in the new year so for a lot of people its make or break right now.

Took a 4:28 train from Babylon to Penn Station. Snow was not falling that hard as of yet. Get to Penn at 5:40 and the snow was falling harder. Got some quiznos, then went in to the Manhattan Center. Huge buy 3, get 2 free dvd sale. Awesome. Had to get Glory by Honor 8, which had the last ROH appearance by "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson(who HAS to debut for wwe soon..... pleased) and Nigel Mcguiness. Also got a few more dvds, a tshirt, and a hat... and 2 shots of jager.

Match of the show-Young Bucks vs El Generico and Kevin Steen. Bucks won a high paced match. After the match, Steen cursed out a few fans who were acting like *******s(more on this later), then made a very emotional speech when he announced his "retirement". Generico and Steen embrace at the end, then Steen says "Generico, i hate your ****ing guts.", and hits him with a low blow, then a monster chair shot to the head. He then kisses Colt Cabana, who came out to protect Generico, on the forehead. Awesome

(Non)Match of the show-Teddy Hart vs Jack Evans-It was announced that they were not going to be able to be at the show, since their flight from Mexico City was delayed. Right before the main event, Jack, Teddy and Julius Smokes come out, announce they they are here, and want 5 minutes of our time to do what they came here to do. Teddy and Jack procede to have a spot monkey match, starting with no ref, then with Julius coming in and acting as the ref. Jack "won" the match, and then both Jack and Teddy took the mic and put over the company, the fans and the city for a long time.

The thing that makes me think this was not planned was the fact that after the "match" was over, ref Bryce Remsburg was running around ringside trying to get them out of the ring. Makes me think that the combination of thir not being a ref, and Remsburg forcing them out of the ring, shows they "stole the show", in more ways than one.

Show ended at 11:55, after an hour long draw between Tyler Black and ROH World Champion Austin Aries. It was a slow match, that I actually liked. Aries played the chicken **** heel, trying to keep his title by any means necessary. Black was the face who would do anything within the rules to win.

The match should have had a decisive finish though. Even if it was in a countout, Aries needed to win the match, and Black should have been completely out of the title picture.

The fans-My section had a group who were horrible. They would try and start bad chants every 2 minutes, and were just trying to get themselves over. I finally had to start a "Shut the **** up" chant when they tried to start a "twinkees" chant after every count the ref made in the main event. That chant ruined the title match at the last show, and I would not let it ruin another title match. It worked for the most part.

Got back to my train station at 1:20am. My car was snowed in. It took til about 2am to get it out, and then i got stuck again driving my buddy home. A few guys helped me get unstuck, dropped him off, then was stuck until 4am trying to get my car in front of my house, which was not only not plowed in, but the street next to mine was, so i had double the snow in my way.

All in all, awesome night, until the drive home.
good TR. in this article they speculate that they changed the Black-Aries finish on the fly, that Jack and Teddy's post-match speech wasn't planned and that the Kozlov-Romero match finish was botched.

LOVE COLUMN OF HONOR.

ari is, imo, the leading roh writer you can find. just one more reason why 411mania/wrestling is the best wrestling website you can find.

re: the post match promo. if the match was planned, the promo defenetly was not. but teddy never was shy(cue 4 backflips from the cage at roh main event spectacles, many years ago). that post match promo should wind up keeping teddy(and maybe jack) out of roh for a while.

re: changing the finish in the main event. if they did, they failed. no way they should have had a slow hour long draw after the 5 minute spot fest that was teddy and jack. killed the whole momentum of the night.

Man I haven't watched any indy wrestling for the past 3 years, but I've had a ton of free time the past few weeks, and watched like every good match from this year. KENTA, and Davey Richards are ***** amazing. Kenta vs. Nakajima from NOAH this year was incredible. Does anyone know where I can download the KENTA vs. Davey Richards match as I can't find it on youtube.

Also if anyone wants to go to DGUSA in Chicago I would be totally interested in going. I have like no friends that are into pro wrestling (LOL Big Suprise), but I really want to see this event. If not I will go back to my epic nerdiness and go to the event by myself like I used to in the high school days.
