In the (very good) triple threat tag match opener at Hell in the Cell Michael Cole emphasised how it's "no disqualification" and then commentated seriously as Cody Rhodes tried to make the tag to his partner, who was respectfully following tag rules.

LOL Kayfabe, but not like people train to climb steel cages, plus they have to worry about falling, and are beat up/tired as it is
