If he has something that he'll fold on third, he'll also fold if you catch good and bet on fourth. I'd limp.

If he called fifth, he's calling sixth. There's basically no way he's folding a four-card low. I'd call here.

You could do worse than folding fifth.

5th is such an easy fold it's not even funny.
