Note that this is Stud8. This is definitely my weakest game. My plan on 7th was to bet if I filled up, otherwise check/call. Too weak?

Not raising your hand back on 3rd is a crime. And I don't understand why you didn't. So many players make the mistake of not raising roll ups because they're afraid that they might tip off their hand. Well, the thing is, first, this is Stud8 and you're showing a 3 so chances are, the players are gonna put you on a low draw anyway. Second, you need to charge the field the max while they are still interested in their hands(s). Third, if your plan was to be deceptive, then why raise 4th when you hit the Ten? Don't make much sense.

The rest of the hand is pretty much standard (more or less) as it usually tends to be when you're rolled up. It looks like Seat 2 may have made his 8 low on 5th but is now afraid that Seat 5 has made a better one on 6th, so I don't think this is a scoop hand for you, but I think there's enough value in betting the river. Worse hands (high and low) will be forced to call with a pot of this size.

Definitely raise third on the backside. I'd flat-call on fourth to mimic a busted low. Maybe they'll cap it for you anyway. Definitely jam fifth. You've got a pretty easy value bet on the end.

Yeah that was pretty bad. I decided not to raise 3 in order to "set a tarp" and raise on 5th. But then facing the bet and the raise on 4th I decided to just 3bet there and get someone to cap it (as it looks almost as scary as a coldcall anyway). I understand what you're saying about low draws and the fact that it's stud8 though.

Thanks all. Kinda already figured 3rd and 4th was a butchery, just wasn't too sure about river.
