says that if I catch a T I am ahead of his range --> betting a T would be +ev but bluffcatching w/ it could have a higher ev? or should I just bluff catch w/ my J and Q and vbet T or better?

can I always valuebet 7th if I am ahead of an opponents range vs an unknown?

you say range, but you gave villian a specific hand. Might get more accurate results if you give him a range instead of a specific hand.
