I haven't looked at the spoiler yet. Since Seat 4 isn't excited about his hand, I would bet 4th the first time around and hope that Seat 3 raises to knock him out. Also, the 5 could have paired Seat 3, so no reason to give free cards.
BTW: If Seat 4 is a loose bozo with a 50% vpip (which seems likely, based on the rest of the hand), then I would raise 3rd.

I would bet here, too. Seat 4 doesn't seem interested and there is a good chance we have the best draw. (We have the best draw if seat 3 started with a 7 or 8, or if the 5 paired him.) Getting raised by Seat 3 to knock out Seat 4 is still a good thing.

A better way to face Seat 4 with 2 bets would be to just bet. I think most 1/2 players would have bet a strong draw on 5th in Seat 3's spot, so I am starting to wonder about him--meaning your 87 might be the best hand. The chance that Seat 3 started with a 7 or 8 + the chance that the 5 paired him is starting to sound good.
If Seat 3 has made a better hand, you would be better off keeping Seat 4 in and just calling 1 bet. Seat 4 probably has very little equity and most of it goes to Seat 3 if he folds.
On balance, I just check/call.
