In this spot, I may be inclined to complete and get it heads up with the limping 9 with 3 overcards. It makes your 4th street bet stronger.

If he didn't fold 5th, he's prob not folding 6th. It is tough to put him on a hand here...I'd be wary of a trap and check since you prob need to improve to win anyway. I think it hurts more to lose another 120 than the gain from winning an extra 120, especially since villain will still be healthy.
