Did I overplay this hand? I am putting seat 6 on a spade flush here with seat 3 having some sort of medium straight hand so I figure squeeze 'em but then seat 6 caps.

Capping the river can't be +EV. It's way more likely that he rivered a better low than you than you beating him for high with a pair of Fours. Seat 3 is already all-in so just call when it comes back around to you.
