Yes.. they paid them out... tonight they have there 15k guarantee .. wish I could get out of work tonight.. I would love to play in that one...

32 players ... I believe they chopped it 5 ways ... wish I could have played, looks like there wasn't enough for the guarantee. I know I will be there for all the guaranteed events they have going in December.

32 isn't that bad for the first time the event ran off.. probably will be more next week.

If you need a certain amount of players it is not a guarantee.....Not paying while 1 player short of the guaranteed number of players was one of the reasons tournaments at Mardi Gras died!

At studz, if 1 person signs up they get the whole gaurantee pot

what I meant was they had 32 players for the 15k ... which wasn't enough to cover the 15k guarantee.. so Studz ended up covering the rest ... (which they did)

could some local floridians tell me where u can find a room in florida to sleep in for not more than $100-140 a week and a $1-5 stud game on a daily basis if one exists? or if not that maybe a 50cent-1 NL game like they have in vegas, or maybe a spread limit game of $2-6 or $2-10 holdem instead of fixed limit or NL. anywhere in florida would be okay.

They have some quads promotion running next month. 80K it says, I will be there tonight so I am going to get the lowdown on how it works and post it here. Also, I hear they are running another Saturday guarantee.

$15,000 - Wednesdays at 8 p.m. -- $350 buy-in w/ $100 bounties. I was talking to a friend and he said that they are not getting enough people, less then 60 so it is a deal, there discontinuing it next month so tonight is the last night

8 tables running this morning for Aces cracked/ racing for quads promo. 5 tables including a couple of 1/2 NL's and a 2/5 NL at 3pm. Looks like people are starting to find this place.

i have a friend that works there, the room clears as soon as that promotion ends, it may get better next week when the casino opens. I have heard it is a really nice casino, the best in the state, nicer then the Isle is what they said. Will see in a week.

Still don't play there or do I think I will.

Does anyone know when the Casino is opening? I heard it was the 22nd of Jan. Still haven't seen a thing yet. They better hurry up or they will miss the Pro bowl and if they really mess up the Super Bowl too.
They already missed MLK Day, I met some friends at the Miccosukee the Sunday night before, it was packed with slot players, that would have been a great weekend for them to open, but just like everything else they are doing it isn't well thought out.
