Yep, they'll give you a poker only card.

kind of surprised you didn't opt in on that SNG (or atleast say you wanted to) based on reading your posts/interest in higher stakes

not that I would be so bold

shame on them for folding if they were involved and had a decent hand and folded. That's on them, not the straddle

I am about to make my return to THR, used to play all the time at 1/2. I'll be back at the same stakes. I used to be a night time player but will most likely have to play during the day now, leaving at around 9pm or so. I wonder if the variance among good/bad players will be the same as at night?

I heard a funny story last night. $1000 pot and guy went to flip his cards up and one of them bounced out of his hands and landed on the floor. Dealer called supervisor and it was ruled the hand was dead.

I have never really seen this happen but Im suprised that it was ruled dead, especially in this room where they never make a hard ruling on someone they always let people get by with everything.

Anyway, His hand would have been the winner but since his hand was ruled dead he was told to pay off the $300 that he had called on river but not put in pot yet.
He then cussed out the table and grabbed the $300 in chips and went running out of there. lol

Security was called and Im not sure if he was caught and the money was brought back to the table or not.

I had a buddy do something similar to that where he had either 10s full or quad 10s and he flipped his hand on the table emphatically and one of the 10s either bounced into the muck (face down) or on the floor. Dealer called floor except the floor ruled the hand is still live.

I don't know what posts you're referring to, but I'm definitely NOT rolled for a $1k SnG haha.

I'll be there buying in. I figure there'll be a lot of dead-ish money there that will compensate for the crap structure.

The structure isnt that bad really. $10 dealer add is 2500 now instead of only 1000 also.

Bwahahaha that is NOT me in my profile pic (although I'd blend in nicely given some of the THR clientele). I'll be around the cage area before 12:30.

I'd be happy to start an interest list for some lhe.

Still in the deep stack blinds 5/1k I'm on 30k. At table 42, stop by and say 'sup.

And just like that I'm at 12k, top pair runs into nut flush.

With the amount of old people in Florida, you'd think more limit games would get off the ground
