There appeared to be some available boxes still when I looked earlier this week, but not very many. I'm not sure whether this means they are all reserved but some people just haven't made it back to claim theirs since the room moved, or whether they have cleared the lists and boxes are now available.
Your best bet is to walk to the room supervisors desk in the window in the back corner of the room (to the right of the cage) and ask. They will probably request your card and ID so they can look up your play history. Then they'll let you know the status. Note that you now have to pay a $100 (refundable) deposit on the box to get it.
size of game definitely matters.
when i asked they asked me what games i played (mostly 5/5 plo with some 2/2 and 10/10 mixed in)
they told me with my hours if it was all 10/10 they would give me one but since it was mostly 5/5 i needed to play more.
If I had a box i would definitely play 10/10 more often.
this makes total sense as the lower you play the less money you need and the easier you can just get a few buy ins from the atm.
