You are as delirious at Nutz! How is the player being robbed when 100% of the take is returned to the room in the form of promos versus 95% for Foxwoods?

FYI, it seems that it's now $.60/hr for 1/1 and $1.70/hr for 1/2 going on your momentum card now instead of $1/hr and $2/hr previously.

I played at MS today for the first time in months. The room was dead, although I knew that would be the case going in, and the casino as a whole was very quiet. The lone $2/$5 game was pretty lively in the AM due to a high volume of hangers on from the night before, but by noon it was many of the same familiar faces.

The new $5 chips are great in terms of not making you feel like you're handling solidified ebola, but I'd forgotten what it was like to chip riffle newer chips and that took some getting used to.

what are some of the reasons you guys choose to play at Mohegan over Foxwoods?

I prefer tournaments at MS;

-Better structures on many(if not all) of The comparable Daily/Weekly Tournaments.

-Auto Shuffle Machines used in tourney play (FW still manual dealt last time I played a tourney there)

I counted one hand per level and just barely at my last FW tournament, and called it quits over there for daily tournaments.

How would I go about using my points for a tournament entry

Hand your card to the person at the cage. 2 Points = 1 $USD toward a tournament last time I checked.

I am not sure if you can combine cash and points. Think you need to BI with one or the other, but you cant combine both to form a Single BI.

(someone can correct me on that if I am wrong)

I recall reading on here that you cannot combine, it's all or nothing. FYI.

Isn't tonight one of the bigger nights for the Wednesday $120 tournament? I'm guessing it is. Any info would be great. Thanks!

After about 1 month you will be able to rifle the "new" chips to your heart's content, jut like Rockingham.

New design of the chips? Or just new? Only the $5's? I've got a few reds and green that were in my pocket that I forgot about and left in a hurry last time I was there.

The dip is going to be seen at Foxwoods as that is much of the MA/RI crowd. Today at 4pm Bravo showed 33 games running when on a normal Friday afternoon that is in the mid to high 40's. Mohegan had 27 at the same time and they are never that close to FW.

Past couple of weekends FW and Mohegan have been closer with Mohegan doing the high hand.

Still 800 as of now. Rumor from reg who has been in direct contact with Mgr is that it will soon be 500 along with other changes including No-flop/No-drop, and HH promotions more consistent and aggressive with some of the FL and MD rooms.

Cool, thanks Rhody. I'm planning a trip down on Dec 19th, so if anyone hears an effective date around the changes please post.
