Mike. Any chance you can post info on the Wed nite 5k 1st place tournament? Curious about the play and payout structure. Thanks.

Tomorrow is April 1. There is a $1,000 high hand every 30 minutes. .. unless that is an April Fool's Day joke.

Maybe someone from ML can post on here confirming it ... unless THAT post is also an April Fool's Day joke.

Maybe someone else from ML can also post on here confirming that the previous post confirming it is not an April Fool's Day joke ... unless THAT post is another April Fool's Day joke.

Maybe ...

Just in case anyone likes themed slots and doesn't walk by there, Jurassic Park has replaced Sex & The City on the wall opposite of poker room. I know where my April free slot dollars are going!

If you're 34th and there's more than 20 games, it moves very quickly

I was at the poker room for a session overnight Friday into Saturday morning. I left the casino around 10AM. When I got back to my car parked in the lot in front of the main entrance, I noticed a yellow Arundel Mills security parking violation on my car. I haven't been to the casino in about a month, but when I go, it's usually overnight sessions and I have never received one (probably gone about 30-40 times). I called the security office and they told me that its standard procedure to put these on cars left overnight at 5 AM. I told her I have never received one before and asked her if my car would be towed the next time and she said after 3 violations the car would be towed and suggested that I park in the garage the next time. For one I find the garage inconvenient and unsafe. I don't understand how they could ticket/tow cars that are outside of the casino, when they know that most of those cars are people patronizing the casino. Has anyone else received one of these recently?

You find the garage, with security cameras everywhere, and elevators, and $5 valet with your players card (free if you play that much and use comps) - unsafe and inconvenient?

Dafuq?

I feel safer walking to my car in the lot knowing that there are usually people out and about in the lot. Several times when I have parked in the garage, I was the only one around and didn't feel safe, especially when I have heard of several robberies in the garage. I know I can Valet my car, but usually can find a space in the lot outside the main doors. But.... my main point was when they started this "Parking Violation" ticketing?

This is from the Mall Security. Not MLC. We're checking to see what it is.

Thanks

I just received confirmation that you will not be towed unless your car is parked there for 72 hours or longer. This is regardless of how many of the tickets you have received. Hope this helps.

Thanks

Wow thanks for the investigation and quick response on that Mike. It seems that when he was told "3 violations" they meant "3 consecutive violations", which would be 72 hours.

Are Maryland LIVE poker tournament results posted anywhere? I checked Google, Twitter and Bravo but cannot find any information regarding tournament results.

Most are posted on Hendon Mob. They just take a couple weeks.

I wish rooms wouldn't do that. How I did in some random local $100 tournament shouldn't be available on google for the whole world to see.

I'm with you, will park outside near Longhorn every single time. Quicker in and out and I definitely feel safer when I leave late at night. To be fair, have never parked there overnight but I wouldn't hesitate to.

Sorry if this is a stupid question: How does the payout structure flow for the $100NL 5K to 1st work if there aren't enough entrants to produce a normal type of payout? In other words, if the 1st place amount of 5K is guaranteed and the number of entrants are low, will there be a dramatic drop off in the amounts for 2nd place - ???? place? Thx
