Is 10-20 a rake or time game there? If time, what is the time charge? I've seen it go both ways in the past. If it was a five dollar time charge or the rake they had it at before (five percent to five) would be interested. If it is a seven dollar time charge IMO it's too much.

If it has to be seven 15-30 is better (maybe they will let us play this now as 20 doesn't seem to go much anymore since everyone is playing 30 or 50).

I'd be interested in these games - can't play every weekend but would definitely try to support when I can.

Call me paranoid but when leaving MDL or the Shoe late at night, I will regularly pay attention to who is behind me on the road. (and walking in parking lot.) It's crazy rare I'm sure, but a little awareness never hurts, whether at MDL, Vegas, or anywhere. Of course this means I can be more paranoid now!

Not paranoid at all. I started this at CT but I will do it at ML too. I'll park in one location and to get back to my car I will purposely walk to the wrong side of the garage or lot and then loop back through a different staircase to get to my car.

If there so happens to be someone that also goes so far out of their way to follow me - it would be easy to see.

OK that may definitely sound paranoid...

a couple of months ago during the day, I see 3 thug looking dudes talking at the entrance of the steps of the garage (outside bobby burgers).

2 of them go up, 1 just hangs at the entrance.
I thought nothing of it since the mall has all sorts of people and its during the day.

then the 2 dudes in front of me just stop at the 2nd floor landing.
they're still talking with each other.
still, it looked a little sketchy but again, its the middle of the day so I just kept walking up.

as I approach them, some guy in a shirt/tie comes into the stairwell from the valet area and walks down.

I walk past the 2 thug looking guys w/o incident.

now I've been playing the 'what if the shirt/tie guy wasn't there' scenario throughout my drive home that day.

At Live! I use the valet. $5 saves a lot of paranoid worry.

I was only able to play for 2 hours, but it was a lot of fun. My favorite part was how fast the game moved along. Everyone was paying attention, making very fast decisions, and the only "tanking" the occurred was rarely someone would have to think for 5 seconds or so about whether to call a river bet or not. I wouldn't be surprised if that table had more hands per hour than any other table yesterday.

I hope ML management does something to encourage this mid-limit game.

do they spread 2-7 at all? either NLSD or Limit triple draw? going to be down this weekend to play NL and PLO but would love to play 2-7 too

I believe Maryland gaming authorities have not approved draw poker games. Therefore 2-7 TDL, Badugi, etc are not going to be spread.

oh booo, guess you guys will have to just take my money at PLO and NL. Will be down friday in time for high hand and leaving sunday if anyone wants to grab a beer or something
