I was told 750 for platinum, no idea on gold/black.

Last year I could only take slot play because I had never played table games. The supervisor ytd told me I could take either(I still haven't played table games and I only play slots when they give me free slot play)

Yesterday the supervisor told me I could come in today and get the streak bonus, fwiw I'm platinum.

There are different dates for each card level

Ok, I'm platinum, and I was able to get my streak bonus today, 2nd year platinum. I got $500 and was told I would get another $500 in August.

I dropped from Platinum to Gold as well (that's what getting a job will do to ya) and my flyer said $100 now (3/8) and another $100 in August.

I definitely got flyers a few months ago that said second year Platinum Streak would be $750. It's strange that they would change it to $500/$500 but I guess it works out in our favor. I'll confirm tomorrow.

Was platinum and now I'm gold... and only $100 for the streak reward?? When you switch back down to gold you have to start the "gold" streak over? WTF

If I was gold last year the streak reward would be more. We are being penalized for achieving platinum in the previous year. That doesn't make sense.

With that logic, I better not aim for platinum this year. I wouldn't want to break my "gold streak" again. UGH.

edit: nevermind! I'm an idiot. I didn't see the plus $100 for annual renewal bonus available in August section. My wife only read part of the letter over the phone to me.

The whole point is to maintain (or I would assume, improve) your tier. Moving down, would certainly constitute breaking a streak in my mind, but I could be wrong.

Played in today's $65 buy in 11:15 AM tournament. Nice to see the lower buy in and it brought a big turnout. Mike-it would be nice to have one of these weekly if possible.

Since we're all making requests from Mike, I'd request ...

a) anti-microbial poker chips (no one likes sick dealers or sick players)

b) a "mixed game" or horse promotion week (like the Omaha thing but with less grumpiness and more stud) with reduced rake .... the shoe has live spanked right now on the mixed game front

C) horse/limit poker tournaments as part of every major series

I thought MDL had a 6/12 HORSE game with $5 rake and Horseshoe has a 7.5/15 mix-du-jour game with $6 rake. Has something changed recently with those games?

The max is $6 at the shoe but that's at five percent up to six, which I think is better than 10% up to five. Also, since advent of pink game at shoe it runs more regularly and reliably than horse at live and the action is usually better at the shoe.

So I like many others received a streak bonus mailer. But I the issue I have is I was gold to start the year but ended as platinum. The mailer says congrats on streak bonus here is your gold card. So my question has anyone been in the same situation and gone to the rewards desk and got the correct streak. I think that I should get the platinum streak as I got that status last year. Just curious before I talk to the rewards desk. Sometimes they are clueless.
