Still can't believe they're allowed back, but hey I guess cheating the players is a milder offense than cheating the casino, right?

Anyone know how points you get for 1 hr poker play? The website is vague and says it is based on time played(obviously).

I was told by a floor it's 100 pts/hr.

It's also a six month cycle now. Digging through the club jack rules, it appears it will take something like 833 to 918 hours of poker per six months to maintain or achieve C.

Hope I'm wrong.

Hi folks,

I'm coming here tomorrow. Is there still valet parking, and how much is it? Is there a good parking garage instead?

Thanks!

Couple of things I found out talking to dealers, players, and rewards club staff yesterday during my first visit in since the switchover:
  • Four levels of cards (J, A, C, and K).
  • They will match your previous TR level to the new JACK level card, however, if you had Seven Star, you will still only get a C. No one will start with a K from a transferred account.
  • All levels will reset in January. Six months isn't their normal reset period, but rather, January is when everything resets in their computers across all properties.
  • For the equivalent of Rewards Credits, they do pay $1/hr but only after a full hour. In the old system if you played 1.5 hours you'd get $1.50 credited. Now 1.5 hours will get you $1 credited, until you complete the second hour.

That's poor customer service IMO. It will also place additional burden on staff if/when players keep asking how long they have been at the table.

at my table last night, as players figured this out, they would leave in batches at the top of every hour. so 11pm, 4 leave. 12am, 3 more leave at a time. etc. instead of just leaving and getting replaced 1 by 1. not sure if this is good, bad, or nothing, but it was definitely something different as a result

This. Valet still exists, but the garage is right there. We're hosting both basketball and hockey playoffs, so nearly every day is considered a "special event" which makes parking anywhere between 25-50 dollars, but if you play an hour of poker, you get validated no matter what, so you shouldn't have to pay anything.

Also discovered that your reward credit balance was indeed matched by ClubJACK, but not in the way you'd think. Points earned by slot play can only be used for slots; points earned in poker/table games can be used for food and such. In your ClubJACK account online this will display as "Points" (slot play) and "Dollars" (food and such). Reward credits were matched as points. I had a ton of RC's matched, but I currently have 0 "Dollars."

Also forgot to add, you used to be able to park in the garage and get out with just a higher level rewards card. Now they don't do that and you need the validation slip always.

There is actually a 5th level called Infinity but it is by invite only.

Confirming this; lots of others were complaining about it as well.

Has anyone been able to figure out the point conversion and what you can do with them? I have 66,300 points from the conversion. Can I convert those to free play and if so how much free play is that worth?

Last Friday I arrived at Jack Cleveland and swapped over to my new Club Jack Card. My Total rewards credits and Status were transferred to my Club Jack Card. Tier credits were not transferred. I then tried the $2,000,000 free spin and was told I received 3 dollars in free slot play. I have C Level Status
After playing roughly 7 hours of poker I stopped once again at the 2nd floor counter to get an explanation on how poker players accrued points and dollars in the Club Jack program. I was told that the comp rate per hour was the same at $1. points were at 16 per hour , I then asked how many points were needed for each step in the JACK card level.

10,000 to achieve J or (625 hours)
100,000 to achieve C (6,250 hours)
300,000 to get to K (18,750 hours)

Tis is to be accrued in a 6 month time period. but everyone's current status will remain the same as is, until the end of 2016

I guess there here is some sort of multiplier that is added to your points based on your card level which enables you to accumulate more points at a faster rate. Though the person at the counter could not explain to me how what the "Multipliers" were or how that was suppose to work.

Today my account, checked online, is no different then when I first received my card last Friday...no change in my original dollar amount and I have a total 0 points.....not sure where my $3 dollars in free slot play is, or my $1 per hour and the 16 points per hour went for playing poker.

I guess I'll try to get it figured out when I head down there again on Wednesday

It looks like the $1/hr from poker goes into "Dollars" when looking at your online account. "Points" hasn't moved at all for me, so I'm assuming this is what you earn from slots and such (and also how reward credits were matched). "Credits to Next Card Level" is the Tier Credit equivalent, I believe.

I actually received my card in the mail with a little packet. I wonder if they made you a new account and just upgraded you opposed to the system automatically transferring you like it did with people who received theirs in the mail. When I log in to mine it shows my points. Seems weird yours says 0.

Yep, all of this is accurate.

Oddly enough, I logged into my ClubJACK account today and it looks like all my "Points" were converted to "Dollars." I wonder if this was a mistake on their part when matching reward credits and they fixed it for everyone?

EDIT: I have a few points leftover, but this may be from last night when I used up $3 free play at video poker. If you received free play at the kiosk, you're able to use it when you put your card in a machine.

They have not. Looks like the shooting was not in the casino yesterday but this did happen.
