You just don’t seem to get it, Indiana casinos are regulated by the Gaming Commission, anything to do with gaming must to be approved, no taxes are taken out, BRO! Somehow you think the Horseshoe gets the money back if not used, this is not the case, money goes into the prize pool. Its astounding how people can complain about the best deal in town.
