I've played a ton at HS Baltimore and recently I've been sticking to Maryland Live and MGM. There's just more action, less waiting for tables, same rake... Do we think there will be any comps, promotions, changes that will make HS more attractive compared to these other poker rooms?

Horseshoe is cool and I would like to play there again soon but they give the players no incentive to go there rather than Live. Sucks.

I left Saturday night around 330am. Quad 7's we're the 10k hand and were still running.

Bad beat is quad 9. No idea what the fund is at though. They have the info on a TV screen up pretty often.

Does anyone know what the structure of the satellite to the Monster Stack (Event #1 on Thursday) looks like.......starting stack, x min blinds, how fast does it go up? I would figure it would have to be done in a matter of 2 or 3 hours in order to get into the Monster Stack early enough.

where is a good place to get flyers for the WSOPc events w/ structures etc.
The flyer on Main BHS website is just the overall flyer with no sppecifics.

Was thinking of playing Monster stack tourney today but heard rumor that monster = 20k chips at BHS

And "Monster" is relative to blinds.
The blinds at the MDL event are 4x those at the Horseshoe "Monster" (plus antes start at Level 1 vs Level 5 at Horseshoe). So 5x the starting stack at MDL isn't as impressive as it sounds.
