Nope, just that the dates are Sept 22-Oct 2nd, I was told that the schedule would closely reflect last years, if you follow it basis day of the week.

Here is what that looked like:

I haven't been to NOLA in ages, but would like to hit and run for a day or two during Poker Gras. I do recall the parking-related pain though, and preferred to leave my vehicle at the hotel rather than drive while staying downtown.
Are there currently any hotels near Harrah's that offer free self-parking for guests?

Harrah's hotel is free for Diamond or above. (Since wifey get's rooms comp'd there, we haven't stayed elsewhere recently.

Note right now, casino valet is largely closed during remodel.

Has anybody heard anymore rumors circulating at the tables about the WSOP circuit returning this spring?

Isn’t the “theater “ where the held tournaments currently closed? Is it going to reopen or will there be a different place. New room has fewer tables than old room correct?

TLDR will remodel/rebrand be completed, teed by spring? Does it include necessary facilities?

No Circuit this year, and possibly no Circuit in 2024. Poker Gras might be happening this spring.

Haven't been here since pre-COVID. Is the action about the same as back then? Similar number of tables running?

Yes, you can download the Bravo Poker app and see number of tables running in real time.

Heading to New Orleans next week. How is this poker room? Are beers and mixed drinks free while playing poker like other Caesars properties?

Mostly 1/3 NLHE, Some 2/5, rarely 5/10. Some Omaha, mostly 4 card PLO 1/3, 2/5. Games are match stack so usually play bigger than the stakes.

Plenty of tourist in the games, local regs but on average not good but there are handful who are good. Most pots are multi-way. Lots of Trappy play so games can be quite swingy.

Yes drinks and beer are free while playing though you need Diamond or Seven* card for some top shelf liquor. But usually someone at the table will pick it up for you if you tip.

Awesome, lots of good information. I’m a “regular” diamond but I’m okay with cheap booze. Thanks.

I haven't been to this room in years, but it was one of my favorites. The PLO was fantastic -- glad to hear it probably still is

Regular diamond qualifies you for the upgraded drinks: for example, the Abita local beer required diamond or better. Drink service was fast.

There was a good table or multiple good tables every day I was there and I wasn't even there on the weekends.

The $1-3 NL match the stack can play big sometimes if the right regs are there. There are several obvious local pros that were there everyday and a few action regs.

Anyone know why NOLA room is closed 2/3-2/11?

Super Bowl? I would think just the opposite. I know they had a hard deadline to have new hotel open before Super Bowl.

When I was there, staff said they were putting in table games in the poker room for the Super Bowl as those were obviously higher revenue than poker tables.

Makes sense that they repurposed the space. Tables def higher revenue when they can be full.
