Haven't heard, and I assume the same. I don't know about anyone else but I can't seem to book any April comped rooms anyway, and the ones that had already been booked before the system changed aren't listed in my itinerary (though I have verified with front desk that they're still in there). So the system doesn't seem to be at 100% yet.

Did anyone just get confirmation e-mails for rooms that they never booked?

I haven't used their website for months. They just sent me e-mails confirming two rooms for 3/26. Confirmation numbers are different. I can't find those reservations with confirmation #s. I can't find them listed in my rewards account either.

Planning to call them later.

I would call them up. They're continually updating reservations that were under the old system and probably made a typo that sent it to you instead.

My reservations for April still show correctly under "Itinerary", but some do not show at all under "Accepted Offers" (or "Available Offers").
I'm not worried about this (I'm pretty sure they'll have a room for me), but I can confirm the front desk personnel's unhappiness with the situation, at least as of a few days ago.
You would think (if you didn't have any experience with them) that an organization the size of FW would be able to test out and debug new software better than they do.

I'm able to book comped rooms again, so they're slowly fixing the issues. Also I just got May rooms so they're starting to roll out.

Sorry for the slow response here.

I tried to find it (Cedar's Gym) on my last visit. There appears to be new construction going on at the site where the Cedar's gym used to be located. I asked the check-in workers and they said there is no gym, but guests have access to he Pequot gym.

The pool is still there, as you probably know.

The pool is a bit away from the "gym". Definitely Pequot pool and gym are much better. It's why I now only stay at Pequot.

Did Foxwoods give extra tier credits out on 3/26/2017 (or maybe extra tier credits given with the jeep promotion)???

This morning I needed 111 tier credits to upgrade to gold. I played approximately a 4 hours session and now it says I need 19.71. Lag in posting points in their system or maybe a mistake on their part?????

Also on the free-bet offers they're starting to give me....where exactly can i even use a $5 free-bet. I thought all table games are $10 minimum? :-p
