I was there Tues after busting out of the MegaStack turbo and got to play a little PLO8 in the middle of day. Didn't even consider it possible-- are 1/2 PLO games regular or just during big tournaments.

Only downside was that fill in dealer cost me some money.

Which are you talking about - PLO or PLO8?

There is active interest in getting either plo8 or plo started each day. The core group usually will try to start a plo8 shorthanded game and try to fill it in.

plo is harder to get going since most don't want to start shorthanded, and are hindered by the floor's resistance to call high only when o8 is running for fear of killing the other game. They don't realize how different the games are or the mix of high only vs low only vs those that would play mixed.

I would guess if niether game is running but bot had list of 10 or so, 6 names would be on both lists, and the o8 would get called first because it is the game that goes most often.

On my way to play now, so get the plo or o8 started, please!

Another Black Friday victim, losing his sponsorship at PS.

Pizzas are huge and bud lights are two bux. I got a buffalo chicken pizza that is regularly 18 bux for 9. Two people might not finish it imo.

It's from 3 to 6 every weekday. Some of the bartenders are nice looking too. Can't beat it.

Tuesday went great for me. Won about a grand playing 2/5. I HATE 1/2 might not ever play it again. Wednesday I stupidly didn't play 2/5 again. Couldn't get anything going in my favor. Craps and blackjack were brutal. Wish I had more discipline...

anyone know how the chip denominations go after the $500 chip? i never have used a card protector but always thought if i found something cool i'd use it...since im on a roll and have spare change, it would be kinda baller/cool to sit in my games with a $1000 or higher chip as my card protector, no?

Orange - $1k. Gray - $5k. Both are oversized and are used everywhere in the casino. There are larger denomination chips but are used only in Stargazer.
