ah, forgot about the 2's and 10's... those new 10$ chips are pretty cool, I thought they were 100's when I first saw them, thought 50/100 or some huge game was running haha

Ya that would mean no wpt event at foxwoods. So I doubt that.

The schedule for the 2010 WPF is on their site and it has WPT logo on it. I was told they are closing so to run some wires through the room.

Wpf is the wpt

Not necessarily. If they didn't hold a WPT event, it would still be called the WPF, as it was for the 10 or so years it was before they added the WPT event.

I always thought the Foxwoods - WPT marriage was perfect. In a temporary way, like a lot of the marriages of poker players.

It was on the link to the memo, but now I don't see the link on the site.

I had a dealer just confirm this, it has something to do with electrical wiring. Nothing to worry about.

Was there yesterday morning 8AM and workers were hammering and ladders were around pulling wires above so some work is going on. Dealer mantra was electrical work next monday 6am to 10am etc.

anybody here friendly with the Foxwoods floor? It sure would be great if we could convince someone to update this thread with table updates like the Borgata floor supervisor Stan does here on twoplustwo.com

I think it shows genuine care for the player base by keeping them updated. It doesn't need to be daily but at least Friday/Saturday updates around 5pm-8pm getting an update would be great. I know Foxwoods has a much bigger player pool than Mohegan Sun and having a floor person update this thread bi weekly or more would surely help maintain a superior player pool.

my 2cents

Indeed. And most of those are still there from an all nighter. I don't see Mohegan getting much of a bump.

this would be awesome. And after awhile it would help those of us that a few hours away a better gauge of what the best times to show up for our game of choice. Please please please do this. It would take no time to post from a phone on the floor.

the floor people are too stressed out with their jobs and the lack of dealers to go above and beyond for no compensation. so it would be a great idea, but it won't happen any time soon unless its a really good friend from outside of the casino that asks

I was playing a tourney today with some lady who claimed she plays 10/20nl regularly at foxwoods... am I crazy or does 10/20 not even run that much? I go a considerable amount, enough that I feel I have a good idea of which games run, and I can't say I see 10/20nl spread much at all.

Anyone hear what the ruling was in the $75/150 HOE game ????

I guess... The winning hand had a card from the "red deck" while the "blue deck" was in play (all the cards from the "red deeck" should have been in the card shuffler)

Lots of people standing around just could not hear what was said or done about it ?

how did no one catch a different color card during the deal or during the hand??? and how did the two decks swap a card?

I can't believe nobody would notice that lol, of cousre I'm not always paying attentino to the color of other peoples cards.

The only thing I can think of is that the dealer had both decks out of the auto-shuffler at once and a card got stuck at the bottom.

Anyone know ~ what the top payout is for the each of the three guarentee tournies? I have been playing the 11am 120 buy in, but would really like to play a larger tourney with a larger top prize.

Maybe ??? From what I hear it was in the Omaha, So with 4 cards I guess it could have not been seen????

I was just wondering what the ruling was? And what is should be... Foxwoods sometimes rules different that other places....
