Sunnybrook dealers taking chip tips and setting them to the side. Is this legal?

If they have issues with players cashing in chips to give cash, I would think they would have major issues with this.

I've heard of there being a "table captain" taking in chips for tips and keeping them on the side and cashing it out later for the dealer.

btw, I think the dealers did pretty well on tips last night at Hamlin using singles. I couldn't tell you exactly how much they had but everyone seemed to be tipping at the table.

Figured this wasn't legit. Room is a ghost town. 1 plo8 table , 2 people playing blackjack. And of course my night starts losing with nut flush vs 1 outer str flush draw with all the money in the middle.

I played at Doc's last night. There were lots of dollars being tossed at dealers, but it seemed to be less than when we could use chips. A couple dealers said their take home was cut in half since the tip chip ban.

We had some dollar coins that one guy called krugerrands, lol.

So with new rules we can tip them with bills/coins and they can actually touch it now, just not supposed to be with chips we take out of our stacks and cash in 1 or 5 at a time (but sounds like rooms are doing the last part anyways)?

I'd really like to see the regulation that states that I as a player can't buy chips from the charity, or cash out with the charity in whatever denominations and at whatever time I damn well feel like.

I'm allowed to take small numbers of chips of the table.

And I'm allowed to redeem them with the charity.

Regarding the Charity tipping situation I am going to be a stand up guy and follow the rules unilaterally, and only tip in cash at casinos but the dealers can't handle the cash according to the rules so I am going to leave a Jesus card instead after a big win explaining how their company paid millions to eradicate Charity Poker Rooms and I must follow all rules across the board. But they don't walk away with nothing they get a Jesus loves them card!!!!

Sorry if it is a inconvenience for Union Dealers, but fair is fair!!! Jesus Loves You!!!

Because I think every man has a right to religion we can include all these plus I must follow all rules unilaterally and Satan Loves You!!!

1. Do not give opinions or advice unless you are asked.

2. Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them.

3. When in another’s lair, show him respect or else do not go there.

4. If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat him cruelly and without mercy.

5. Do not make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal.

6. Do not take that which does not belong to you unless it is a burden to the other person and he cries out to be relieved.

7. Acknowledge the power of magic if you have employed it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained.

8. Do not complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself.

9. Do not harm little children.

10. Do not kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food.

11. When walking in open territory, bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask him to stop. If he does not stop, destroy him.

When will the rooms learn. The MGCB comes in and plays at times in the rooms... would hate to see another room closed.
