You got to at least appear to gambool with them. Just roll over one piece of junk that comes in on the button (say a suited 2 gapper or suited K or Q). It doesnt even matter if you win or lose. They will never figure out that otherwise you showed down nothing but good hands.
Congratulate them on their great play with T7o utg when they suck out on you. Cry with them when they lose. Cry but be a gracious when you lose (don't get angry).
Make it fun. Widen just a touch. You'll have such a big edge post-flop it won't matter. i.e. give a little to take a lot. If five of them straddle in a row, don't be the killjoy.
Going for the optimal EV on every hand will lower your overall EV (IMO). Just don't get caught up in-easy to trap yourself into it.
