I just got felted on 1/2 with QJss vs 10-10 on 9s10s10c flop. Got it all in on flop with 2 cards to hit and 2 streets for bbjp. Obv. doesn't hit. nice scoop for the old nit in seat 3.

had a similar hand on Monday, except I came out ahead.
QsQc vs 9Td on QdJs8d, got it all in on flop turn Qh and then river 2h =/

also anyone else notice they don't charge the usual $5/night fee(or w.e that is)?
I wasn't charged for Mon/Tues at the water club. Not sure if they changed their policy or what not, since I haven't been coming down to AC lately.

To prevent this in the future, you can either...Pay for the room tax when you check in with cash...or you can goto the front desk when you checkout and make sure it is done correctly. Funny you mention this, because I always want it deducted from my comp dollars and there have been several times where it has been charged to my Credit Card instead, lol.

No bill was just $14.99 for the internet. I always keep track of comp dollars and I was definitely not charged. I am aware that they take the bill automatically from the comp dollars first. maybe I got lucky with that one?

Time before last I was there, Sunday morning they were calling the 4/8 and half the 2/4/6 table jumped up to get seats.

So I'd say some 2/4 players want a little bigger game, but not enough of them? Since my impression is that probably as many, if there were only 2/4 and 4/8, would move down rather than up.

Do you go with somebody? I feel the $2 (or $1.50 if you play 1/2) is well more then enough to pay for the buffet twice a day and room tax, heck I have a couple hundred left over with nothing to do

Something about your math (or your feel) is not adding up. 2 trips a day + room tax is $25. At $2/hr, thats 12.5 hours you would have to play per day (or 16.7 hrs at 1/2) and that does not include the couple hundred you say you have left over (not sure what that even means).

We had it in our 7.50/15 and 10/20 limit mixed games a few weeks ago and I'd be happy to play it again either in a mixed game or alone. But not at 2/4 limit, which is what is on the list now.

I've heard that you can ask to be upgraded to a black card if you are close to the $1,000 comp dollar mark required. Does anyone have experience asking to be upgraded, how far from $1k were you, and who did you ask?
