Got a little wasted yesterday after work then played a session on bodog last night. Won $220 or so playing $50PLO. Then I went to the good 'ol bodog casino....Why do I do this to myself?

Well, I just thought it would be a peachy idea to play some 3card poker for $50/ante. I started with 200, ran up to 600, then lost it all. Here were 3 memorable hands that i got brutalized on... QQ5<KKx, AAx<AKQ, wait for it.......... 456<789. I felt soooooo sick that i just had to put the rest of my $$ on the 3 card table. 10 min later down another $450.

I understand the equity you lose in "chop it?" and "check it down?" situations. I almost never do except vs 1 player: Audrey. We've been checking it down since I can remember. Easily since 2005.

Same here, my game broke after I busted the guy I was talking to (He was the athletics ticket manager at Pepperdine and I used to coach at LMU) Was a meh boring session that ended $130 to the good. I will be back around 9pm when they put another game together @ 2/2. You stacked the Boulder of a Rock that is Audrey huh? Good Luck.

Oh, golden moment the other day at 3/5, really fun table, I mentioned the 30 minute rule (that u can leave for 30 minutes and rebuy for less than u left with)

Another peanut story told by bill last night:
He announced it was going to be his last at the table and he was "goin home with a win.". Well of course he got involved in a hand, flopped an open end straight draw and got all in for $480 and two bricks later didnt need to rack up before he left.

were both sitting 200+ bb deep in a short handed 3-5 game... im on his left chompin at the bit to get involved with him and had been abusing him all night 3b and raising his limps all night long... anyway long story short he makes it 15 I make it $65 with black KK and he snap shoves for like ~1100... he does weird spazzy **** like this to try "teach me a lesson" from time to time so I snap. Of course he has AA in a 5 handed game. Board comes K high, turn diamond, river diamond... of course he had the Ad

No idea who peanut is... Sure I would know who it is if I saw him... Funny hand today, got dealt Q-9c in the sb and raised the 3 limpers (2/2 btw) to 7 dollars, one limper calls, BB calls. Board is 9-7-4 rainbow, good flop for me, c-bet around pot size, both call. Turn card 9... Checked to me and I bet 20ish again (I know it is a small bet but I wanted to rep that I hated the 9 and was making a blocker bet). One caller, river Q.... Yahtzee, I bet 50 bucks looking to get paid off and my villan insta shoves the rest of his 120 into me. Yessssss!!!!!! I snap call and he tables.... PK Q's.... FML

Had a decent night, went to play the tournament at 615, got there at 625, already 11 alternates so i signed up for 2/2. 15 min later a new table formed, bought in for 100. Two hours cashed out for 550. people just kept bluffing me, and i never bought it with some 2nd, 3rd pairish hands. My reads were spot on in and out of hands - i told valdez what this one guy had two separate times(once AA preflop, and the other the nut flush on the river) and was right both times. I think its when i go in after work with my slacks and tucked in polo shirt, people put me on donkey and bluff. Too bad ive probably played more hands of PLO8 than they've played of NLH (ty rush). Anyway, it felt good to crush some souls...

On the bright side, this hand was played in 2/2 3/5 lol.

I'll be going to GW tonight, depending on my mood at 4pm. Dirty motha flippin money.

Bobby was the king of the castle last night. He crushed the game and won every big pot for several hours. He probably had > $2500 when I left this morning. Set vs flush draw vs nut straight........obv pair the board with the flush card, bet/call shove with AK on a 556 flop.....river 6 counterfeits 22 and his A high good, etc.
