I don't think you need books for MTTSNG training. There is plenty of free info on forums and it's far more valueable than in books (or even in some older videos that are out of date now).

I guess you might read Kill Everyone or something on mathematics of poker but studying by yourself with Pokerstove and SNGWIZ would bring you the biggest benefits.

As for MTTs you will need more postflop abilities and it's good to acquire them by playing a lot. You may watch some handreading in videos. GL

guess the game is forever changing so a good book may not be much use in 6 months or a years time.

Tommy Angelo - Elements of Poker

It's not so much a strat book of "play this here, and fold this here", more of a poker mindset book. Things that you know in the back of your brain, but don't think of when it counts.
The book is geared more towards ring games, so being that I only grind MTT's, I didn't think it was for me at first. I'm glad I read it though, I took so much from this book.
Otherwise Kill Everyone as stated above is great for tournament poker.

Claydol's series on 180s men on DC are pretty epic.
There aren't many books available to help your game. I think Sit and Go Strategies and The Top Skills by Collin Moshman are just what you need to start, while Kill Everyone covers all the basics.
What you really need for MTTSNG, especially if you're a turbo player, is a HUD, SNGwiz and Pokerstove. Basically work your ranges and you should do fine. Understanding CEV, ICM, FE, chip utility, position and adapting to villains is something you'll eventually get by reading this forum and other sources.
