#1 Depends on the players. Usually fold. If most players are passive, I'd open raise small.

#2 Depends on the opener. Usually 3bet, but depending on villain, anything from folding to calling to min3betting to 3bet-shoving ist possible.

#3 I'd flat it vs a smaller raise (like a minraise or so). Vs a 2.5x raise from UTG, I fold readless with those stacksizes from SB. In BB, I might call pf. Edit: Folding is the safe play readless. Playing hero from the worst position vs a UTG-raiser with a trouble offsuit hand can lead to desasters. As said, I'd anyway flat a mini-raise, but I'm not sure whether it is really profitable. If you ask those question, it might be much better just to fold it away. It's not cowardish in case.

#4 is a Shove for sure, player-independet.
