chipleader seems to be a bit flatcally as well, got him labeled as reg, running 18/12/9 with 35% steal over 360 hands. I think this is a really intersteing ICM spot as well as rest of the table is passive / folding , the typical bronze star fish u want to have at your FT.

UTG Villain can be that light cuz he´s basically priced in to call at least 2 guys (the BTN and BB) if they get it in, so he´s r/f range its really tight hence u dont hace much FE making the 3bet push less profitable...I´ll fold.

Agreed, this is a very weird spot. You would assume that the utg raiser is intending to call a shove from the player with 10bbs (kind of bad for him to raise fold to this stack size), as well as the other 2 short stacks. This narrows his range a fair amount imo. If I were in villain's position utg here I would be raise calling with 55+, A9s+, KQ+.

Against this range we are basically flipping, but when you factor in fold equity I think 99 is good enough to play here. I think we can 3 bet here and expect him to fold his hands like aj, a10, kq, 55, 66 a fair amount of the time, especially if his steal is 48%. I would make it 38k and obv call if he shoves.
