My thinking is that with just over 6BB left you have time to wait for a better hand. So I would fold unless you are very certain that the 4 players left to act are going to fold.

he's in the sb within 3 hands and 150 shorter (more than 10% of his stack)..his hand probably won't get much better than this anytime soon and he's losing fold equity pretty quickly. i think it's a clear shove.
