    I'd say fold too. You're pretty deep and a quick equilab comparison vs a more standardized 3betting range puts you at around 45% for your tournament life.

    This is probably an easy fold, however if he is the type of player that love to steal and resteal (this is probably hard to now since you would have a low number of hands on him), but you could suppose looking at his stealing numbers, you could probably call...

    Im saying this because of his stats, he seems the type of player that love to do this type of action....

    However, this would depend hardly on the number of the players left on the tournament, the number of players for the money, the type of tournament that you are playing, etc....
