800 to 2k pot, 2.5-to-1 so 28%. I think the guy has to push 100%, so you have 45% against a random hand, no brainer for me. And you're suited. And almost connected :P

Only when you get close to bubbles (ie where ICM is a factor) can we fold getting >2:1. I'd call 32o.

Assuming we have a healthy stack and aren't crippled if we lose, right?

Yeah. With a monster stack it's almost always OK to call ATC. It matters when we're out OR we start to lose important FE.

You need around 25% equity to make the call profitable and your hand has 44% equity against a random so its a call

That's a myth. You can easily make a -cev call with these assumptions. Some ranges will definitely make a 2:1 call unprofitable. And I'm not talking about 99+ AQo+, but something like 30% jamming range when you hold 32o for example. And these spots actually come up quite a lot in 180s. You should definitely work those ranges out on stove and realise what equity you actually have rather than just calling people off with extremely bad hands when you don't really have the odds to do so.

I agree that we don't have the odds to call against a very tight range.
But in this and other similar situations, we'd need a VERY strong read on our opponent to warrant folding 32o here. It's (almost) fine to assume that every villain knows how to push a little bit light. I might have folded 32o once in my life in these situations.

No brainer call with 85s, even if it was for 1/3 of our stack it's still a must call.
